I'm pretty damn passionate about fuelling human performance naturally, inspiring individuals to take charge of their lives, challenge the status quo & dig their nutrition. This is my space for connecting with the gamechangers, the open-minded and the inquisitive, those that are chasing the sun. Here I effect change on perceptions and gently perpetuate human health. I post blogs when I feel like I want to share, I create eBooks for all to experience, I run talks to saturate my nutrition values, I work one-on-one with clients in a variety of ways, and I journey through online programs with humans wanting to optimise their nutrition, health and performance.
