I'm a naturopathy and psychology student, armed with qualifications in yoga, fitness and nutrition. I'm just adventuring through life, navigating its ups and down like you. This space is for challenging perceptions, gently perpetuating human health knowledge and exploring ways to heal the mind and body. Through movement, nourishing insides, navigating mental crud and feeding the soul, we can work to get out of our own way and take up space in life to be the most rad human we can be.
