There is something inherently exciting about making your own muesli bar. I don’t know if it’s the primary school kid being awoken from within, or just the idea that we can mish and mash whatever we like into a tray and carve out our very own bars without all the added crap that just can’t be found elsewhere. Anyways, these beauties are a must-try. I originally received the recipe from a personal trainer who came to intern at our gym. She made me her super bar recipe as a thank you. They were delicious, I just had to re-create my own. These are also great if you add some buckwheat instead of, or in place of some of the quantity, of oats. Enjoy!
